If you are not satisfied with a product or would like to exchange it, you can return it to us within 14 days without giving any reason. Of course, you will then receive your money back.

You can register your return easily and conveniently via your customer account at account.dont-tipp.com . To do this, go to your customer account and register the return. The customer is fully responsible for the return shipping costs. You will then receive a return label. If you do not have a customer account, please send us an email to support@dont-tipp.com.

Please note the following when returning/exchanging:

- That all items are unworn, clean and have our label attached.
- That the items do not smell of perfume, deodorant, etc.

 

Remittance

As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. We will issue a credit note - excluding the shipping costs of the original delivery - for every return that arrives in perfect condition and with all labels. Please note that for credit cards with delayed charges, the credit note may only be visible on the next credit card statement. The refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase and can usually take 3 - 7 working days . Despite all the care and checking, in individual cases it can take up to 14 working days for you to receive your refund.

Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded. For all returns purchased with a voucher, a new voucher will be issued.

 

Free exchange

If you would like to exchange one or more items, you can exchange them free of charge within the 14-day return period. You can select your exchange via your customer account and receive your free return label . However, an exchange is only possible if the item is available in the desired size. As soon as the item you have returned has arrived with us, the exchange will be carried out.
