If you are not satisfied with a product or would like to exchange it, you can return it to us within 14 days without giving any reason. Of course, you will then receive your money (withou the shipping costs) back.

Please note the following when returning/exchanging:

- That all items are unworn, clean and have our label attached.
- That the items do not smell of perfume, deodorant, etc.

Remittance

As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. We will issue a credit note - excluding the shipping costs of the original delivery - for every return that arrives in perfect condition and with all labels. Please note that for credit cards with delayed charges, the credit note may only be visible on the next credit card statement. The refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase and can usually take 3 - 7 working days . Despite all the care and checking, in individual cases it can take up to 14 working days for you to receive your refund.
